Asian Hornet Trap Kit(workers and Queen trap), Triangle hornet trap

This hornet trap is a complete hornet trap kit, and will catch worker Asian hornets during the summer, and then Queen hornets towards the end of the year, this way you can easily catch and monitor hornet activity through the year. The kit comes with 2 end entrances, 2 queen/worker caps, and the main body. The trap can be housed sitting down, or there is a hole at the top to allow you to hang it from a tree etc, there is plenty of slots to allow other bugs to escape, but it will always keep the Asian hornets inside.

How to use:

Assemble the main green body and attach the 2 side covers but slowly clipping them in place, there are slots on the side covers, in case you wish to secure them in place, but they are not always needed.

Use the Yellow cap From winter up to September to catch Worker hornets as this is when they are mainly active

Use just the white trap (Remove the yellow cap) from September to October, as this is when the Queens are active

You can use the Yellow cap all year round if you like, as this will catch worker hornets all year round, but it will not allow queen hornets in towards the end of the year, for best results see above.
