The bee frame riser allows you to safely rest a frame with one side elevated, meaning you can safely have the frame in front of you, without squishing any bees. Once the frame is raised you can then look for the queen, eggs or when grafting, work on the frame hands free.
In order to use the riser, take a brood frame out of the hive, insert the riser fork at least 4 frames in, then rest the top of the brood frame onto the riser, while slowly resting the bottom side of the frame onto the existing brood frames or the brood box. Please see pictures attached for reference.
